We will get in touch after your order is placed via email with a black and white digital proof. Confirmation is required prior to the items being made.

If there is an error that you wish to amend once purchased, Maison Creations cannot be held responsible if the parcel is sent with the original information given. Please note that delays may occur if details need to be corrected or confirmed.
-We recommend that international customers purchase the Track & Sign delivery option at checkout. If an item is returned to Maison Creations, we cannot be responsible for shipping charges to redeliver.

Each of our products are personalised, for this reason we do not accept returns.
Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving
In the case that your item is damaged during delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to forward a picture of the damaged parcel and item. We will then replace it with no further cost to you.
