How to Order

Designing
We will get in touch after your order is placed via email with a black and white digital proof. Confirmation is required before the items are made.

| By default, this sign will be created in a portrait design however, if you would like the sign to be designed landscape, please let us know and we can look to redesign it. |
Important Details
- DELIVERY -
Please thoroughly check that all details (personalisation and delivery address) you enter are correct. If there is an error that you wish to amend once purchased, Maison Creations cannot be held responsible if the parcel is sent with the original information given. Please note that delays may occur if details need to be corrected or confirmed.
-We recommend that international customers purchase the Track & Sign delivery option at checkout. If an item is returned to Maison Creations, we cannot be responsible for shipping charges to redeliver.
- PROCESSING TIMES -
We know how important delivery times are when it involves your big day. Our processing times may vary.
If an order is placed and the dispatch by dates and/or delivery date is set to arrive after your event, we will not be able to cancel the order.

- RETURNS -
Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving your order.
In the case that your item is damaged during delivery, please let us know within 48hrs.
Please send images of the damaged item(s).
We may not be able to refund your order past this point.
