***If the Customer provides their own design, the Customer assures Maison Creations that the text and motif are not subject to any rights held by third parties. In such case the cost of any breaches of copyright, personal rights or rights to the use of a name will be borne solely by the Customer. The Customer also assures Maison Creations that by personalising the product he is also not breaching any other rights held by third parties.
The customer releases Maison Creations from all demands and claims which are made due to the infringement of such third-party rights, as far as the customer is responsible for the breach of duty. The customer shall reimburse Maison Creations for all defence costs and other damages resulting from any such action.***

Please thoroughly check that all details (personalisation and delivery address) you enter are correct. If there is an error that you wish to amend once purchased, Maison Creations cannot be held responsible if the parcel is sent with the original information given. Please note that delays may occur if details need to be corrected or confirmed.
-We recommend that international customers purchase the Track & Sign delivery option at checkout. If an item is returned to Maison Creations, we cannot be responsible for shipping charges to redeliver.

We know how important delivery times are when it involves your big day. Our processing times may vary, please find them below the description. Please check the dispatch by dates before ordering.
If an order is placed and the dispatch by dates and/or delivery date is set to arrive after your event, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Please note - We are not able to change the dates and these will be the same as at the time of checkout.

Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving
In the case that your item is damaged during delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to forward a picture of the damaged parcel and item. We will then replace it at no further cost to you.
