In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we will either replace the item or issue you with a refund. We must be notified of a faulty or incorrect item within 48 hours of receiving the order. If we are issuing you a refund for a faulty item you will receive a full refund.
If for some reason you change your mind about your purchase you are free to return it within 14 days in perfect condition, once we have received your item we will issue you with a full refund. It is your responsibility to ensure the item reaches us in a re-saleable condition, To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The return postage is your responsibility.

Where to Return Items
Before you return an item please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a returns reference number. Any item returned without this number will not be eligible for a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please package items carefully, if the product becomes damaged during the returns process then we will be unable to issue you with a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
